Form 990-PF is 13 pages long and includes information specific to foundations about grantmaking and relationships with other 501 organizations. Prior to 2021, trusts described in Section 501 were required to file Form 990-BL as part of their annual compliance. As of 2021, this form has been discontinued, and all black lung benefit trusts must file a Form 990.
